Today I was unable to trade the open; I was too busy answering e-mails and making sales calls. I have posted a chart of the ESU08 from 9:30am until about 10:00am.

Every trader should have a daily win goal so as to have a stopping point; my daily goal is 3 points. Today was a great day!, Trading Grail signaled a long at 9:45am…I had my 3 points by 9:47am…Done for the day!

Today’s opening 45 minutes was similar to yesterday’s. My first two trades were unsuccessful and I was down 2 points. I made a couple of changes to my personal strategy and I was finished for the day by 11:15am with a gain of +3 points.

Today was a rough during the opening hour. The market just didn’t seem to have any kind of concise direction; also the volume just wasn’t there. After my first three trades I was 5 1/4 points in the hole. I decided to take a breather until I could “see” some kind of direction. By 3:15pm I had recovered all my losses and managed to make an additional 4 points. The chart shown gives an example of the 2nd Trading Grail indicator package that comes with the 1 year lease, and permanent license. It is an early entry indicator that works very well with the eminis.

The S&P Action today was PERFECT. 2 great signals - both good for 2 + points a piece. I grabbed 8 ticks total!!
The Dow Action wasn’t as pretty. The market opene up pretty choppy… Had 3 or 4 losers until we fnally grabbed an awesome trend down that recovered all the losses and some. Followed up by a sweet uptrend and that put us above the board for 15 or so points.
Unfortunately we can not win every trade… so we have to follow Trading Grail - it always gets us out of trouble!!
I only traded the Dow minis today - made 32 WHOPPING points on 1 trade!! 1 short trade about 9:34 am and I decided to let it run until it stopped out! After 32 points I was quite happy! I’ll include the charts for the markets below for review!!

Emini S&P
I really push myself sometimes when I trade. I continuosly trade the S/P and the Dow. I dont recomend that unless you really have the experience.
Emini Trading today was AWESOME.. I took 5 points profit in the SP 500 today. A 10 lot trader is up $2500 and the 10 Lot dow trader was up $2800.. That is over $5000 profit for ONE HOUR of trading!
The first 5 trades on the S/P today were all winners. I made 1 point on them all!!! Funny thing though, I could have made at LEAST 2 points on each trade for 10 POINTS !!

Very sweet moves indeed today. Had 2 little losers and three colosso moves!!
The 1st trade I made my typical 10 points. Trade 2 I lost 15, that was a quick reversal for 9 more points! I then let my Trailing Stop “work” and I took in 22 points! My 4th trade brought me 10 points, and my 5th trade 10 more points. For a total of 28 points profit. Could have made more. Alot more — but I dont think Greed is a good thing.
The S/P did AWESOME as well as I will show in the next blog post.
Folks Trading Grail software is the BEST software for Daytrading the Eminis!!
