Trading Grail^® Terms and Policies

We process orders 6 days a week (Monday through Saturday), except holidays. You will receive an email from Traders Soft, LLC within 24 hours of purchase with download and installation instructions. If we receive the order by 2 PM Eastern Time Monday thru Friday we will process the same day. You must have TradeStation^® for Trading Grail^® to work! We offer an introductory fee to TradeStation^®. Read Introductory Subscription Details.

You may purchase as many 10 Day Trial Versions of Trading Grail^® as you wish. However, only one trial payment ($349) will be applied towards a Permanent or 1 Year Lease Versions. 10 Day Trial Versions include Trading Grail^® Indicator Software, Install Manual, and a Chart Setup Manual.

Permanent and 1 Year Lease purchasers receive Trading Grail^® Indicator Software, Trading Grail^® Strategy Software with auto-trade⁽¹⁾, Installation Manual, Chart Setup Manual, and Trading Grail^® Trading Manual.

Subscribers to Trading Grail^® 1 Year Lease must renew their lease within 14 days of the end of lease period to avoid a lapse in service. When the 1 Year Lease expires, you can upgrade to a Permanent License or another 1 Year Lease. No money will be credited to your 2nd, or any subsequent, 1 Year Leases. However if you can upgrade at ANY time to a Permanent Lease and we will credit 75% of your 1 Year Lease payments received towards a Permanent Lease.

Trading Grail^® is for use on ONE computer only. Trading Grail^® is for individual and personal use only. Commercial buyers must contact us about details for a Commercial Version.

There is a $35.00 fee to transfer Trading Grail^® to another computer or hard drive.

Trading Grail^® is designed for TradeStation^® 8.3 or higher. Customer must supply their TradeStation Customer Number to Traders Soft, LLC. We need the number to generate a unique KEY to unlock Trading Grail^® on your computer.

Trading Grail^® generated signals cannot be shared, rented, leased, gifted, or otherwise posted on message forums, blogs, chat rooms, instant messaging services, etc.

Trading Grail^® software is a proprietary set of indicators and therefore considered “intellectual property”.
No refunds are given. Prices are not guaranteed and subject to change without notice.

Financing for the Permanent Lease Version is available. To arrange financing, you must contact your Account Manager. If you do not have an Account Manager, ask us to contact you about getting one. Our financing is interest free. Your Account Manager will supply you a form to fill out and fax back that allows Traders Soft, LLC to automatically deduct your monthly payment from your credit card. If your credit card is declined on any payment, Traders Soft, LLC reserves the right to cancel financing and remainder balance will be due immediately.

Employees, Authorized Resellers, Account Managers, or any other representative of Traders Soft, LLC, or Trading Grail^® are not investment advisors, and cannot give investment or trading advice at any time.
